The Grey Factor, our seminar to address harassment and bullying, is perfect for children and adults. The Grey Factor Continuum is the core metaphor used in the program to distinguish appropriate behaviors from those that are less desirable. Children use the continuum to understand the importance of how they treat others and the consequences of their actions.
